Several components of the systems used by the Primary Care user community are contractually provided by Cegedim. Although the contractual responsibility for delivery lies with Cegedim, DHCW provide a test service that will mitigate the risk of production software defects by undertaking a level of assurance once testing of a release has been completed by Cegedim, but prior to the release being deployed into the production environment.
